Incoming encryption / Ignore unencrypted incoming connections.

Hello,

As far as I know, the mac version of µtorrent only supports outgoing encryption but not incoming. Some people (myself included) are paranoid and like to encrypt both incoming and outgoing connections, especially if you have a crappy ISP.

This is the only feature that stops me from switching to µtorrent full-time.

Other than that, 1.0.0.1 works great.
