I have a really clear idea

give som usefull cmd parameters

for exaple

utorrent.exe mytorrent.torrent -r c:\program\on\finish.exe -s c:\save\it\here

utorrent.exe mytorrent.torrent -r c:\program\on\finish.exe -s \\anotherPC\save\it\here -a c:\when\is\anotherPC\offline

without any confirm dialogs..

or use folder monitoring with some ini file like:

c:\torrent\dir

>mytorrent.torrent

>mytorrent.ini

mytorrent.ini

[settings]

saveto=\\another pc

altsaveto=c:\local folder

oncomplete=c:\run this program.exe

And something difficult..

can U make it to run it like system process so it can run without user login

(when I use local system)
