Questions related on utorrent server 3.0

I have several questions

Im starting

Sometimes i dont get all of peers(seeders/leechers) on my utorrent server.I tested this because in windows i get 1900 seeders and on this utorrent server i got only 300.

And its running normally utorrent server 3.0 on openvz vps?

Why the latest version is not working on ubuntu 10.04 openvz? i get error: ?? but with some old version works fine

Also do i need to put ip bind address in advanced tab..because openvz doesnt providing ip addresses from DHCP

Also where is the config file..i cannot find it

Also some torrent sites haves .php in announce url..and torrent cant start....

Please can someone answer not to all questions..but some of them..if you know one of these questions you can reply.

OS: Ubuntu 10.04 LTS openvz
