101Mpb Download speed Settings

Hi i am all excited as i just got Cablevison Ultra service in NY that gives you 101mps download and i did speedtests and get a 98mps download and 15mps upload so i want to know what is:

What would be the best settings in uTorrent 1.10 so that i can get the most out of it.

I never get a good connection i bearly download at 1 or 3mps i sure someone can give me the proper settings.

1.should i enable DHT? i have it disabled

2.should i enable PXE? i have this enabled

3.should i enable out going encryption. i have this disabled

4. active limit 10

5. active download limit 10

6. i am using port 63462 is there a better one?

7. i have randomize off i think this is better?

8. i have auto map port checked

9. upload auto will this be better downloads if i leave it unlimited?

10. Download unlimited

11. ratio i have set to 1.5 would 3 be better or unchecked

please let me know all this is very confusing

bittorrent network is like a bunch of people passing each other things and the download/upload speed is how fast they are passing them to each other.

100mbps is new and rare. You have a ferrari and expect people to match up with your speed, not gonna happen. I would say...give it another year or two.

Enable DHT and everything else. utorrent uses them when it needs them.

If you are getting a green dot in the corner; you are good. If not, open the port on your router for your ip address.
