And i was wondering, can someone explain the difference between "queued_progress" and "queued_incomplete_progress" color, because here it's showing the second one always, whether the torrent is 100% downloaded or not. When should i ever see the first one ?

Your guess is what I would assume the difference to be as well. Maybe it's a bug? What version of µTorrent are you using? If not 3.0, have you tried it? (It may be that some settings were added only for 3.0)
