No clients, no sources

I had a list of torrent opened and for some reason Utorrent shows me 0 sources and 1 client and suddenly the client disappears.

I also see that the program is awaiting identification.

Could this be linked to the country I'm currently travelling in or the network I'm connected to?

I've been travelling for a few months now and have never had any problem like this.
