Recently changed internet providers and not any site to do with torrents seems to load very slow. Also when downloading at start of download will ramp up to decent speed and then drop way back to around 1-10 kbps. Thought? do providers bog you down when try to access these sites now, do i have some setting that will do this to me. I have it all set to 0 (unlimited) and firewall off.
