This is a limitation due to huge amount of traffic when everyone has 100Mbps up/down. I have found out that this only applies on ipv4, so I want to download with utorrent only over ipv6 protocol. Is this possible?Disabling the ipv4 protocol on the computer with µTorrent is a way to be sure, but then µTorrent does not connect to any peer at all.
