Streaming hangs forever on a few blocks; stalling playback

For me, the streaming algorithm works fine for most blocks, but then takes forever to download a couple of blocks, which stalls the stream. These blocks have already timeout (and where does the streaming peer timeout come in? the timeout always seems to be about 30 seconds..), but never start to download, even though i'm downloading the rest with 700 KB p/s, which is about 5x more than needed. Does this just happen for me or are others also experiencing this problem? I'd say, let the client spam as hard as it can for those blocks when they are needed for playing, to prevent stall at all costs..

sometimes it helps to stop and resume the torrent, but thats kind of uncomfortable
