'remove from list' produces the 'delete' dialog

I almost always get the delete warning dialog when trying to remove completed torrents.

Any body else?

The dialog is usually avoided if I stop the torrent first, but sometimes it takes a couple of tries to remove (I press cancel, to avoid the chance of deleting the files).
