help with utorrent

i installed utorrent ran the setup the bandwith test passed but the network test didnt pass but said i could download but when i try to download it says failed utorrent not availible it works fine on my pc i had it installed on my laptop before i installed a new hard drive in my laptop ive shut down firewall and antivirus but it still wont work tried all of your troubleshooting tips but still wont work help please
