Copy to device on download

I was trying to copy downloaded files to a mobile device or jump drive once download was completed.

Can I use the torrent Properties/Advanced/Run Programme function to do this?

Would a string of copy %D%F E:\ do the trick?

I'm not in a position to troubleshoot this and hoped that someone has already made this work somehow.
