checking half-downloaded torrent really slow

hi

so as the topic says - checking torrent is extremely slow if i have any(?) disk activity. e.g. if i'm watching a movie 720p - that kills utorrent checking performance

i do not believe hdd cannot handle 720p movie and torrent check at the same time. it ofcourse should be slower but not like 100kb/s.

imac 2010 - so it's not old

P.S. it happens with both 1.0 and 1.5 versions
