Can't Minimize uTorrent

Normally when I boot up my WinXP I get a uTprrent icon in the right portion of my status bar. (next to the Volume and Time /Date icons). I can then right click this icon to bring up the full screen view.

Now this icon is not there and I must revert to a shortcut icon I have saved on my desktop to get a full view of the screen, and when I minimize the full screen no icon appears anywhere on my status line. The program continues to run but I must keep going back to my desktop shortcut to keep up with its progress.

How can I correct this?
