Download: Option to priorize already started files (don't fragmet DLs)

Hello

I noticed that uTorrent does not try to completely download a file in a torrent before starting a new file in the *same* torrent. Therefore, we usually have to wait until almost the torrent is completely downloaded, before a file in this torrent can be used.

It would be useful if uTorrent offers to (advanced) settings:

• Try to finish already started files in a torrent before start downloading a new file: yes / no

• Order for trying to completely downloading files: download big files 1st / download small files 1st

With this algorithm, single files in a torrent can be used faster and for example, I usually prefer to get the big files first - because they usually are more important than the small files.
