Red icon :S

I am Brazilian. I am having problem with my uTorrent.

Appeared a red icon saying: "A firewall / router is limiting your network traffic. You need to open a door so others can connect at you."

I wanted to know how to fix this problem because my download rate is not good.

PS.: Right now I'm using port 57152
