WebSeeds does not work :(

Hello!

I'm trying yo make a torrent and seed it with a webseed but the download does not starts

As webseed I use this link http://dl.dropbox.com/u/28897272/Modifica-chiavetta.7z (ready to download), as source file i put a local copy of the file stored on the dropbox server and as tracker I use udp://tracker.openbittorrent.com:80.

But as I said the downloads does not start :|

EDIT: I'm usint the last utorrent release with snow leopard!
