I installed it (uTorrent 3.0 Build 25327 32-bit) started reading through the FAQ on setting it up. I ran the setup guide (Pic Below), and made sure the windows firewall had an exception. Checked "Apply rate limit to uTP connections", and tested the connection with Slackware. The test went to 1.9Mb Download speed (Pic Below), yet most other downloads barely reach 200Kbps and I have a 20Mb connection (Average of 5 tests - Ping:48.6 Download:18.22 Upload:1.896).
