Install from command line with some preferences

Hi,

I need to install utorrent from command line, without promt, and with web-gui enabled by default (with a given user, password, and port), and start on system startup, also enabled by default.

I've managed to isntall without promt with /PERFORMINSTALL

I've seen the settings.dat file, but I don't know how to change this settings.

Any help?
