subzero Posted July 10, 2011 Report Share Posted July 10, 2011 Hi guysI have utorrent version 2.2.1 and I am downloading this torrent:<munched by admin - don't link content>and the problem is that the speed reaches up to 20-30 Kb/s and then it goes down to 1-3 Kb/s.After a while it goes up again and then goes down and so on....So what can be the problem?Note: the torrent has 247 seeders and 61 leechers.
