huntsman1957 Posted July 24, 2011 Report Share Posted July 24, 2011 As per the "Error: The process cannot access the file because it is being used..." thread in the Troubleshooting section I have checked the !ut extension to incomplete files box. However this extension remains even after the download shows 100% complete. I have tried removing the extension manually with no success and the files will not play.
