njrising Posted August 20, 2011 Report Share Posted August 20, 2011 I've started having problems with uploading. Until the last week or so, all was well. Now I seem to have my uploading blocked and the get the yellow exclamation along the bottom of my uTorrent window, meaning I have no incoming connections. I haven't changed any software or router settings. Could my ISP (Comcast) be blocking my uploads? Any ideas on how to get around this problem?Thanks.
