satanboy Posted August 30, 2011 Report Share Posted August 30, 2011 Hiya, just wanted to let you of a problem thats occured but I cant seem to do anything about.It started yesterday, I was downloading a couple of files and my speeds were up to 2.2mb, which is right with my speed test but after a while it seems to go down to 560kbs and then it stays there juggling just that speed between the torrents that are downloading. Its pretty strange, it's never happened before, also what i've noticed is that this seems to occur when my utorrent setup page keeps going to Paris, i change it to London/run test/save & close, and then when i click straight back onto setup its in Paris again!!
