I stay in a student residence and I need to access a login page typing my user name and password before using the internet.When I use utorrent or other BT software, I can see that there are seeds and users in the network for that torrent file. However no matter how long I wait, the download still didnt start.Is it the residence forbidden the use of P2P software? And is there solutions to solve this?Actually I discovered but I didnt care much about it.But now I have an urgent use of BT Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
