Lose Space from my HD

Hello,

I have downloaded a torrent but on 50% he hasn't good download speed.

I don't wait and I have put him in the Trash.

When I delete the trash I must wait a long time.

I have cancelled the deleting, And I tried delete the trash in Savemode (it doens't work).

Finally I delete de files in terminal with the command -rm space and then the file location.

That works but on my HD I had 70GB free but now 56,19 GB.

What can I do now??? I want my space back.

I hope you can help!
