How to turn off auto-focus

Hey guys,

I'm looking for a way to disable auto-focus when adding new torrents.

To elaborate on that, when I start downloading massive amounts of torrent files, it bothers me how uTorrent switches the focus to itself when adding each torrent file.

Silly me, I have disabled that before but ever since I have formatted my pc, I haven't found out how to disable that yet.
