stevebe Posted November 21, 2011 Author Report Share Posted November 21, 2011 Found the reason and it is a series of steps for the Mac that are not in manual or guide.Highlight the downloaded file then go to: File>click show in finder>highlight file and right click>choose open with (if you have multiple players) whichever player you use, or just click open.
