Cuberice
The Global Upload Rate Limiting is ignored when the Scheduler is Enabled. When the Scheduler is Enabled, and in ether Limited or Full Speed modes, the Scheduler's Upload speed gets preference above the Global Upload Rate, if higher or lower. So if Global is set to 10kB/s and Scheduler to 30kB/s, the current upload speed will be 30kBps.Should the Global not have preference? Cuberice
Ok, I accept that when the Scheduler is Enabled and in "Limited" mode on the current Time block, that the Limit of the Scheduler gets preference. But, when in "Full Speed" mode, it should use the Global Upload/Download Rate. If you hover on the legend for "Full Speed" on the Scheduler dialog, is says "Uses normal global bandwidth limits", instead it seems it is using "Unlimited"On the image below, the Global Download Rate is set to 30kBps, the Scheduler is on "Full Speed" mode, and see the Download rate on the Status bar gives 75.2kBpsUploaded with ImageShack.us
