Major GUI problems

Hi, I've just upgraded from 2.2.1 to 3.1 and I seem to be having some major GUI problems. For example:

When I right click a torrent and select 'Open Containing Folder' while the 'Files' tab is open below, the folder containing the files opens up ok but when I go back to the uTorrent main window I can no longer select any thing in the Info Pane - 'Files' tab or Job List.

Closing the program and reopening it seem to fix it but I never had this problem in 2.2.1

Another problem I'm having in the Info Pane - 'Files' tab is selecting a file to do anything. E.g. when I right click a file and navigate down to change the priority, the file quickly becomes unselected and nothing I select in the menu actually does anything. If I'm quick enough I can right click a file and select a function before it deselects and that seems to work. Again I never had these problems in 2.2.1.

Are these known issues or am I doing something wrong?

PS. also tried a clean install with the above problems still occurring.
