Userro Posted February 10, 2012 Report Share Posted February 10, 2012 Hi,I have pretty strange problem with utorrent 3.1.2. If I set global upload rate to unlimited everything works fine (~470KB/s upload speed to one peer), but when I set global rate to 460KB/s (or anything else) than speed to one peer drops to 50KB/s which is waste of my upload speed.
