Kia777 Posted February 12, 2012 Report Share Posted February 12, 2012 Basically what the title says. I was downloading this game today, 2.35GB and it started out with around 900kb/s-1.2mb/s. It was great and it progressed very quickly. But upon reaching 96.5% download completion (which it is still at) the download rate suddenly dropped to under 1kb/s. I've looked this up on youtube and other forums online and trying everything I saw (that had good reviews of course) but then I just made an account on here and thought I would ask the experts.
