Streaming / Queueing Bug

I'm running µTorrent 3.1.3, and have it set up for one download at a time. When I click the stream button for the torrent that is being downloaded however, then next torrent in the queue starts to download as well. It seems to me that this should not be the case, as I want to devote my entire bandwidth to the torrent that I'm trying to stream and only start the next torrent once the first has finished.
