Error: the directory or file cannot be created

I have been using utorrent for years now and never had a problem with it until today (and I am not even sure its a utorrent problem), but when I load a torrent and it is trying to leech the file errors and says "Error: the directory or file cannot be created" under the status bar.

I can open the drive and access things of it and it is running fine for all file uses off of it but I can't figure out how to troubleshoot this error on my own.
