My Tracker Not Working

Hello,

I made a private tracker for my family to attach large files into email by simply making a private torrent. today, i found out it wasn't working. At first it was a HTTP 400 Error & then it changed into a no connection error, i'm connected to the internet.

I tried restarting the modem and router, I tried forwarding a different port and i tried to restart my computer and none of the attempts work. I use Comcast as my ISP so you can see if what the problem IS.
