uTorrent not saving my settings

Hi, I'm using uTorrent 3.2, build 27430 (32 bit) and I have a problem that's been getting steadily worse. Previously it wouldn't save my tool bar settings, so I uninstalled it and reinstalled, but now it doesn't save any of my settings at all.

If I shut down the program, and restart it, I have to re-enter all the download folders again, re-set up the scheduler, any settings I have set, I have to set them all again - every time.

Also when I download a torrent - magnetic or normal torrent link, uTorrent runs its program setup. I can just cancel out of it and then the download will continue and work fine, but it runs the setup every time I download anything.

Apart from the it's a brilliant bit of software.

Can you help please? Oh and BTW, I'm running Windows 7 Pro, patched to current.
