torrent to direct service

OK guys i heard about Web ui that utorrent Provide and i wonder if we can change the user Interface or at least build our own user Interface

I'm looking to do something like this

as you can see they have user front end Interface looks very good ,

so if I'm going to create something like zbigz do you think utorrent Web ui is what i really need ?
