I believe it has something to do with the wireless service and the provider of the wireless service. What sort of settings should I check/change to allow utorrent to download a file. amber89 Posted July 23, 2012 Report Share Posted July 23, 2012 You mean the wireless provider may be blocking uT or certain sites?Can try in Bandwidth prefs, checking Protocol > Encryption : Forced.UNcheck Allow Incoming Legacy (non encrypted d/l files).
