vrapp Posted July 25, 2012 Report Share Posted July 25, 2012 I'm running uTorrent client at home and at work. Both latest beta version 3.2.1. At home I'm seeding a torrent, and at work I'm downloading it. It's going on, but with the speed 3-4 KB/sec. There are no bandwidth restrictions, and at both places some other torrents are being uploaded and downloaded many dozen times faster. What could be the reason?
