reseed inquiry

Hi to the members

I'm new on here and need some help,is it possible to reseed a torrent

which is has a lack of activity?( availability:1000)

What I noticed some of the Torrents,do not have a long seeding time,

I assume they want and force you to donate…..I seed as long as possible

trying to reach at least a ratio 1.000+.

I do not Upload,do not have sufficient knowledge.
