flushing to disk

Hi Im using 3.2.1 build 28086

I have a 4gb download that finished, but has been "flushing to disk" for about 4 hours now.

I';ve never seen this before until I upgraded to this version, how can I stop this?

BTY, I am running wondows xp

I am also trying to see if setting "preferences - advanced - diskio.use_partfile" helps or not

ok I set "preferences - advanced - diskio.use_partfile" than I exited utorrent and restarted it..

and the download went from flushing to disk, to only 99.8% downloaded.

It finished downloading (again) and went right back to "flushing to disk (768)"
