Torrentialst Posted October 18, 2012 Report Share Posted October 18, 2012 Whenever I run µTorrent in my Win7, I get the error message: "Error: Can't open .torrent",It started after I installed Halite (http://www.binarynotions.com/halite-bittorrent-client/) just to try it out.It persisted even after uninstalling Halite and restarting Windows.I tried to reinstall µTorrent again over the old installation (same folder), but it didn't help.What can I do?If I have to first uninstall and then reinstall µTorrent: How do I preserve or get back the list of downloads that is now in it?
