Telling me that file is already in list when it isn't

Hello to all

I am having a problem with uTorrent for the Mac. Occasionally I will try to load a torrent file and Utorrent will tell me it's already in the list and would I like to load the trackers from it. Clicking yes doesn't seem to do anything. And I can't find the file anywhere to delete it and start over.

What's a decent workaround so I can load the torrent that I want?
