farah.mahmoud
Hello. . .My ISP is throttling every TCP connection down to 10 KB/s (and less). . .That behavior can be easily noticed when downloading any file on a protocols that relies on TCP (such as HTTP, FTP, and even some bit-torrent connections). . .People are using Internet Download Manager to get around this issue, since it establishes many connections so that the sum of all connections speed will be enough. . .Luckily UDP is not affected by this, and I can use freegate (a circumvention tool which relies on UDP) to browse and download. . .I cannot use such proxies in utorrent since I need port forwarding, So what can I do to make utorrent either use a very large number of TCP connections, or rely on UDP completely??!!?Thanks,Farah
