Auto Load Torrents

While transferring torrents to a new drive somehow the torrents became broken or something like that. What happens now is that every time I goto open uTorrent to download files it starts to auto load torrents then I get to many to count pop-up windows telling me that there is a issue with loading the files. I can't access the preferences tab because of all the pop-ups that come onto the screen. As I click ok to move forward another one pops up and so forth and so on......:mad:

Is there a way to stop the auto load from loading and act normal? If so how do I access it is there a way to use the command prompt? HELP!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!:mad:
