unable to add new torrents, and very unusual behaviour.

utorrent is acting, well, weird.. It won't open torrent files anymore. I download a torrent file, open it with utorrent (Either via file association, or file, add torrent) and nothing happens. I click a magnet link, and nothing happens, the number of torrent in utorrent doesn't increase, however if I click the magnet link again, it will tell me it is already on the list (it isn't) and asks me if I want to load trackers from it.
