Massive Peer Error: NO ROUTE TO HOST, OFFLINE, or TIMED OUT

I've tried everything, but no one connects for more than 5-10 seconds at a time, then mass disconnects. I've futzed with everything. got the Port Forward happening, HIgh speed line. Seed for days and days an upload just a few GB. Is there a thread on setting up uTorrent for a MAC somewhere on this site? I can't seem to find it. Maybe something on sughgfested router setting too? I'm frustrated as hell and would greatly appreciate any/all help guys.

Seeding Ratio 20.00 (I'm mostly concerned with UPLOAD SPEED at the moment rather than download)

Intrestingly Even thyough global Upload/Download speed is set Manually to 0 UNLIMITED...whenever I click on the upload/download status in the status bar is always says AUTOMATIC and NOT unlimited. I then select all torrents and using the status bar switch them all to unlimited Upload/Download, only to find it back on AUtomaticly Managed 5 seconds later, Speed increases a good bit when set manually to unlimited, yet always switches on it's own back to the low automatic speed

I've been futzing and putzing with everything for months and months but never can seed to any longer than a few seconds, and the log is jammed full of massive: Disconnects due to peer error TIMED OUT, NO ROUTE TO HOST, NOT DOWNLOADING. Nothing changes even when I'm seeding HOT torrents with tons of peers waiting nearby.
