Strange uTorrent behavior

Hi guys,

I've been having some problems with utorrent lately. Very slow download speeds, even with supposedly good torrents. I think it's partly an issue with the website I'm getting the magnet links from, because when I downloaded a torrent file from a different website, it works fine.

Anyway, aside from the speed issue, even when it's working, it fluctuates -- sometimes the download speed falls off a cliff and I have to restart uTorrent for it to work again. I've tried a lot of the steps in the FAQs (fixing upload speeds, etc.) but I'm not having any luck.

Any ideas?
