On 4/12/2013 i changed my internet provider for a better speed (i am in italy and the internet here sux) . well the problem is when i make test of my internet speed, it's 4mb, that means i should have a download speed of ~500kb/s and when i put a torrent file at download (there is no problem about peers , they are new torrents full of seeders) for 30 min i have 5kb/s-10kb/s . After 30 min it goes to 250kb/s-300kb/s and after 1 h it goes to 400-450kb/s . Any help pls? Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
