Folders in foreign languages

When I download things (more specifically anime), I like to sort them into folders in Japanese.

When I do this though, utorrent (or maybe Windows) will automatically make a folder inside of the Japanese folder, named after the torrent file or the files that I am downloading.

I'm wondering if there is a way around this, something I'm doing wrong, and/or anything I can do to use Japanese in my folders.

I would prefer if I do not have to install other programs or change settings in Windows that might affect other programs I use.

Edit: Never mind I asked a buddy and he knew what to do.
