Warn if a ".torrent" metadata already exists

Hi,

when I delete torrents from the queue I choose to preserve the ".torrent" metadata.

From time to time I add again the same torrent as a mistake.

uTorrent is aware of this situation and creates a "myfile.1.torrent" in the .torrent download directory.

Instead of automatically adding an existing .torrent I would like to receive a a warning: "A .torrent file with the same name already exists, do you want to add it anyway ?"

Thanks in advance and hope it will be implemented.
